WE ARE registered for Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is an opportunity for employees to donate directly from their PAYE to the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation. Employees can nominate any amount they wish and receive 33.33 cents for each dollar donated as a credit towards their PAYE.
It's simple and tax-efficient! - ACT NOW, help us save lives!
How Payroll Giving works
With payroll giving, as an employee, you can nominate any amount you wish to donate and it is taken out of your regular pay before it goes into your bank account. If your donation is more than $5, you receive a third of the donation amount as an immediate tax rebate.
Example; if you donate $15 to the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation, you'll only have a $10 reduction in your take-home pay.
With other forms on donating, you usually have to wait until the end of the tax year to claim your tax rebate. Payroll giving ensures you get the tax advantages immediately.
Employer Information about Payroll Giving

Employee Information about Payroll Giving
Are you interested in giving regularly to the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation through your pay? Anything over $5 earns a tax rebate.
Payroll Giving is an Inland Revenue initiative that was introduced in 2010. You can find out more about it on the IRD website.
Match your employee payroll giving
As a business ‘leading by example’, you can match your employees’ donations dollar for dollar. Through providing a payroll giving scheme and matching your employee’s donations, you are demonstrating your corporate social responsibility, whilst showing your commitment to making a difference.
Matched donations are also tax deductible for your business.
If you would like to start payroll giving in your organisation, please contact your payroll administrator.
